Only the worst franchise in baseball could have paid for this crap and kept a straight face. The question is how much did these cost? What the fuck were they thinking? Even their statues are embarrassing. Well the statues cost the D.C. taxpayers a cool $700,000! Yikes! Well at least fans are going to see games....... Holy shit they aren't?
